- All physical shipments carry a 30 day return warranty. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We cannot process returns on workshop registrations, however.

Patrons using purchase orders please note that you must fax us the purchase order before your order can be shipped. Your order will remain in pending status till we receive your faxed purchase order. Also, please be advised that if your payment is declined by your financial institution, we reserve the right to charge appropriate fees and interest on unpaid balances.
